The refund will be applicable only if the situations described below occur:

  1. If the shipment, made by any courier subscribed and used by us, was unable to deliver the package to the specified address due to loss, theft, or misplacement of the mentioned package, either partially or entirely.
  2. If the products sent arrived damaged or unusable, preventing their total or partial use.

In the circumstances described above, the buyer must promptly communicate the situation with their packages through any of the communication methods offered by Sheló NABEL USA, which include:

  • Using the Shopify platform and its communication channel.
  • Via email at contacto@shelonabelmex.com.
  • Through social media platforms used by Sheló NABEL USA, such as WhatsApp.
  • Using the provided customer service phone number.

The buyer should describe the situation along with any evidence that can help us determine and clarify the situation. Evidence may include photos, videos, or audio recordings, which can also be shared through any of the aforementioned communication methods.

Sheló NABEL USA will decide the type of refund the customer will receive, which will not be subject to negotiation. Shipping costs will not be refundable in any case.

Sheló NABEL USA reserves the right not to provide a full or partial refund depending on the facts and evidence provided by third parties and affiliates to the buyers.

Affiliation kits, as well as subscription and service/contract agreements, are not subject to any type of refund.

Non-Applicable Refunds: Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

  • The products were opened and/or used, either partially or entirely.
  • The customer is not satisfied with the products.

Therefore, the customer cannot claim a full or partial refund of the product price and/or shipping costs.
